Easy chicken and salad souvlaki
- 600g Cammaroto Poultry tenderloins
- Nice n Tasty Chicken marinate
- 4 large pieces pita bread
- 60g Baby Spinach
- 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (140g) Greek style yoghurt
*Marinate chicken in Nice N Tasy chicken marinate and oil the night before or 4-5 hours before cooking
Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over high heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning, for 6-7 mins or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Heat the pita breads in microwave on high for 30 secs or until pita breads are heated through.
Divide the pita breads among serving plates. Top with the spinach, tomato and chicken. Drizzle with the yoghurt and any pan juices. Roll up the pita to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
